The stay here was special on my next Rome visit. The room was recently refurbished with a balcony and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. All the staff was extremely helpful and I had an early check in. My hotel was in an excellent and exceptionally nice location to almost all the tourist spots that you do n't have to take a bus or the metro.

No reason to complain, had a perfect stay for our first night in Rome. Everything in this clean hotel was perfect. The setting was quite particularly good within easy reach of a public square. The staff was amiable and an incredible and nice breakfast was provided.

The stay here was pleasant on my next Rome visit. My room was heated and newly renovated with a hairdryer, jacuzzi, and a mini-fridge, just what I needed. I liked being in this property.

Staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, the continental breakfast was delicious. All the necessary amenities were available (incl safe, iron, mini-bar, etc). The hotel was well located within a fair walking distance from the nearest train (Termini station) and metro stations (Repubblica) and across the street from the Teatro del Opera. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel also offered a pick up service from the airport that was very convenient and the quoted fare was fair.

Very close to the tourist areas, and safe to walk around at night. Nice buffet breakfast. We read another review that complained about noise at room 102, but we got that room, and they already fixed that issue by putting an extra door that muffles the sound .
Small room, but that is common in Rome.

The staff were very friendly and the cleanliness of our room and the bathroom was superb.
The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. In a room the length of a double shower and the width of just under 3 showers side by side you had a shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. It was impossible to wipe in the bath room after a shower. The breakfast was the same every day with cold hard boiled eggs, bread, packet meats and weak orange squash. What a let down. The location was poor, just down from the railway station but in an area that you would not want to be out in after 11pm at night. If it had not been for the super staff I would have hated every night I stayed there. I will not return.

It's a charming place for one night. The breakfast is particularly nice with freshly brewed coffee and cakes, for example, has everything you need.

Loved the helpful staff, the clean and neat rooms, good air conditioning, and the central location. The breakfast was outstanding with many choices and delicious home baked goods.
It was a bit noisey from the street late at night.

The hotel is close to termini station. Besides there are many other hotels, restaurants and souvenior shops on the way from the station to the hotel, which is convenient and makes us feel safe walking around at night. They serve very good quality breakfast.
The staff at the place for breakfast were not so kind.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
